This was a big one :)
Display replica of 1950s Times Square (references including the BOND building, RadioCity Music Hall, and more) completely themed to MakerBot® Industries.
The advertisements, signage, etc all tie in with the company brand, including products and collectible lines released on the Makerbot® Digital Store here:
http://digitalstore.makerbot.com/
All components are designed to be printed without support material on a Makerbot Replicator 2 Desktop 3D Printer.
The main feature of the display is that all components, including each building, car, and lamppost, can house and have wired into them a battery-powered array of LED lights.
Pieces of the display printed with transparent filament would allow the LED array to shine through as actual light sources.
